My passion is telling the story of your growing family through in-home, family-focused Newborn Sessions and Maternity Sessions.

Newborn Sessions are unhurried - designed to unfold at your (read: baby’s!) pace. I blend a documentary approach with lightly posed moments to capture not just the baby, but the connection, care, and quiet magic of your life at home in these first days.

On-Location Maternity sessions are short, sweet and perfect for documenting your changing family.

Siblings, pets, the messy corners of your living room—all of it is welcome and expected!

I’ll guide you through a curated experience: from preparing your space and selecting wardrobe to helping you feel relaxed and supported throughout the session.

  1. Fill out the booking form to share baby’s expected arrival time and verify Nissa’s availability

  2. Connect over email, phone or text to discuss your vision & finalize booking for when baby arrives

  3. Reach out when baby is here - preferably within 2 weeks of arrival to schedule session either in your home or at the location we choose together

  4. Enjoy your session, relaxed and in your own home

  5. Receive your digital proofing gallery a week after your session to preview and download your images & purchase any additional prints or albums you would like

  • ALBUM: All edited digital files + a 20 page, custom designed, archival linen hardcover album with your session’s images
